Changes

1. PR ID 1433: We have removed the VMS section from the novelHealth homepage as it was not being used and was occupying space on our backend containers.
2. PR ID 1434: We have updated the backend model for the fortisPay Gateway feature.
3. PR ID 1405: Previously, practice users were unable to see the Emergency Contacts added by the patient through DCI workflow on the Check-in Summary page. We have added this enhancement, and now practice users can see the Emergency Contact details on the Check-in Summary page on the Personal tab against an appointment.
4. PR ID 1340: The Scheduling team has made changes to the novelHealth sync service responsible for sending relevant data for Preferred Name/SMS Consent and Reschedule to non-novelHealth vendor features that have already been done from novelHealth’s side.
5. PR ID 1413/1442: We have designed a new landing page for novelHealth, where users can see an overview of the services provided by novelHealth.
6. PR ID 1431: We have improved the UI design for the consent tooltip against an appointment on the provider and staff dashboards.
7. PR ID 1318: We have added settings to our system for enabling reputation management against a provider. These settings are present on the provider level in the Accounts tab with the name “Collect post-visit feedback” under Reputation Management settings.
8. PR ID 1418: We have improved the UI of match password status messages on the Change Password field.
9. PR ID 1444: We have made some enhancements to the new landing page of novelHealth as per the requirements from the Product Office.
10. PR ID 1375: We have introduced a notes section during the appointment booking process where the patient can add details for the appointment.
11. PR ID 1307/1455/1459: We have added a capability to upload attachments in custom forms before the appointment booking process and also during the Digital Check-in workflow.
12. PR ID 858: We have introduced some new tags in our consent forms like Name/DOB/Gender/Address/Email/Phone & Date.
13. PR ID 1316: Previously, we were showing the complete breakdown of the payment in Digital Check-in payment workflows even in the case of only copayments. Now, we are showing only the payment collection page if the patient has only a copayment to be paid.
14. PR ID 1452: We have made some enhancements in the panel menu section of the landing page as per the requirements from the Product Office team.
15. PR ID 1396: We have updated the staff member user type in our database collection from ‘StaffMember’ to ‘Staff’.
16. PR ID 1388: We have introduced a capability in the system to send emails to practice users whose email addresses are present in the location settings on which an appointment is being booked for a resource.
17. PR ID 1401: Previously, the locations that were not synced in the novelHealth system were not used to be shown in the location filter drop-down. Now, those locations can be visible in that filter once any appointment gets booked on that specific location.
18. PR ID 1468: We have introduced a new functionality in the system where the patient can select pharmacies based on their preferences by clicking the mail-order checkbox in the Digital Check-in workflow.
19. PR ID 1387: We have added an enhancement in the Telemedicine workflow that participants can upload attachments during the telemedicine sessions in the chat section.

Fixes

1. PR ID 1415 – Fixed an issue where the total amount was disappearing from the Check-in Summary page when checking out an appointment.
2. PR ID 1441 – Resolved an issue where duplicate labels were appearing on the Confirm Password field.
3. PR ID 1450/1445 – Fixed a minor user interface issue on the Check-in Summary page for the Download Test Result and Check-out buttons.
4. PR ID 1448 – Catered to alignment issues on the provider dashboard.
5. PR ID 1423 – Fixed a problem where the wrong border color was appearing on the zip code field of the Preferred Pharmacy page.
6. PR ID 1456 – Fixed a scroller issue in the visit summary popup.
7. PR ID 1451 – Previously, multiple messages were sent to patients when accessing the Digital Check-in complete page multiple times. This issue has been fixed, and only one message will be sent.
8. PR ID 1463 – Fixed a GUI issue with the drop-down alignment of the date filter in the Telemedicine Usage Report section.
9. PR ID 1464 – Catered to a frequency filter GUI issue on small screens.
10. PR ID 1424 – Preferred name is now displayed on the Visit Summary popup in the Calendar module.
11. PR ID 1437 – Fixed an issue where the copayment screen was displayed twice during the Telemedicine workflow if the patient had already selected “Pay in office” option in the Digital Check-in flow.
12. PR ID 1473 – Fixed an issue where practice users were unable to book Telemedicine appointments from CureMD application for new patients.
13. PR ID 1476 – Fixed a GUI issue with the loader in the Share Online Visit link popup on the provider and staff dashboards.

Enhancement

1. PR ID 1329: Practice users can now view Digital Check-in reports in the Reports section of the novelHealth application.
