Enhancements:

  1. PR ID 1341 – We have integrated a new third-party reputation management system “BirdEye” in our application for resource management. This feature adds new users(novelHealth patients) in BirdEye, sends an email to them where they can provide reviews about their resources after checking-out appointments and later post the reviews on BirdEye. Practice admin can see the compiled reviews of resources in BirdEye.
