latest March 2023 updates on Changes

Changes

  1. PR ID 1430/ 1510 – We improved the implementation of custom and consent forms association in Digital Check-in appointments for resources. If an appointment is canceled and custom/consent forms were not signed for that appointment, and the frequency is set as Every 2 Days, then for the next appointment, those custom/consent forms will appear during the Digital Check-in process.
  2. PR ID 1477 – We introduced a feature in our application where practice users can add deductibles from the Check-in Summary page. Patients can pay them during the Digital Check-in process. We also modified the backend models for payments during the development of this feature.
  3. PR ID 1429 – We added a new implementation where the system will now auto-detect slashes against the date field on the “Verify DOB” page in Digital Check-in workflow.
  4. PR ID 1328 – We enhanced the patient’s preferred name feature, where the preferred name will now be shown on the check-in summary page as well.
  5. PR ID 1406 – We added a filter to search for resources along with providers in the check-in summary page.
  6. PR ID 1508 – We enhanced the UI of the footer of the landing page.
  7. PR ID 1458 – Previously, there was no mechanism on the Reason Management listing page to search for a specific reason. The user had to traverse through multiple pages to open a particular reason in edit mode. Now, we have given a search field on the page to search for any reason on any page.
  8. PR ID 1493 – Previously, patients were struggling to complete the Digital Check-in process because of the no-skip option in case of only copayment in the Digital Check-in process. Now, we have introduced a skip copay option so that patients can complete the check-in process without paying the copay.
  9. PR ID 1454/ 1546 – Previously, there was no date filter on the text message logs page. We have introduced this filter for better searching.
  10. PR ID 1460 – We integrated a new plugin called G-translate widget for the Spanish translation of the novelHealth application.
  11. PR ID 1421 – We introduced a bit on the backend to disable the office visits email and SMS notifications. This will help us to migrate the appointments from CureMD to the novelHealth application without sending any notifications to the patients from the novelHealth side.
  12. PR ID 1486 – We added settings on the practice level that will allow us to stop sending the location names in Telemedicine and Telemedicine Digital Check-in appointments email notifications.
  13. PR ID 1539 – Previously, some links on the novelHealth home page were routed to old request demo HTML pages. We have corrected those links, and now they are routed to our new landing page.
  14. PR ID 1521 – We excluded the existing front-end unit tests that were causing failures in newly written unit tests.
  15. PR ID 1462 – We added an enhancement in our Telemedicine Ads flow so that patients can now view the Ads based on the diagnosis fetched from their CureMD data for Telemedicine workflows.

  17. PR ID 1555 – Previously, telemedicine reviews were not saved in our database when patients used to join the session from mobile applications. Now, we are storing those reviews as well in our appointment collection.

  19. In PR ID 1344, we have added an enhancement in the Accept Reject feature that allows practice users to map a new patient with any patient’s record already present in the CureMD application. This helps to avoid any possible duplicates in the system.
  20. In PR ID 1394, we have added a new capability in our system to send surveys to patients based on the frequencies set by the practice users. Previously, surveys were being sent to patients after every appointment once an appointment was checked-out. This new feature gives more control to practice users over when and how often surveys are sent to patients.
